Now in its seventh year, Restaurant Week has become a highly anticipated culinary event across the state.

It's all about the BIG Souper Bowl 2016.... Well it's not quite the bowl game you are thinking. It's one that has the mission of permanently ending hunger in New Mexico. Sonya Warwick with the Road Runner Food Bank of New Mexico joins the show to talk about the issue of hunger in New Mexico and how you can help combat hunger by simply joining the Souper Bowl 2016! Featured segment on the show is all about providing the affordability for kids to play in organized sports in the community. One man is trying to make it happen and Tim Claiborne needs your help. Sports for New Mexico Kids was formed to better the lives of children in New Mexico and is achieved by increasing access to quality youth sports and outdoor recreational programs as well as working to create a more positive and healthy youth culture in our schools and neighborhoods.
